Welcome to Army of Youth Ministries (AOY). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, messaging services, livestreams, online gatherings, and digital communications. By accessing any AOY platforms or consenting to receive messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the AOY website, livestreams, digital Bible studies, communication platforms, or providing your contact information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Army of Youth Ministries uses text messaging to provide ministry updates, event reminders, prayer alerts, Bible reading resources, small-group communication, and pastoral care notices.

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Army of Youth Ministries.

By entering areas where photography or video recording occurs, you acknowledge that:
Your image may appear on livestream or recorded media
AOY may use these recordings for ministry purposes
If you wish not to appear on camera, please notify onsite leadership so accommodations can be made.
8. Children & Minors
Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of minors participating in AOY activities—online or in person.
AOY does not knowingly collect data from minors without parental consent.
Minors should not provide phone numbers or opt into messaging services without parental approval.
9. Health-Related Information Disclaimer
Army of Youth Ministries teaches health principles based on Scripture and biblical lifestyle practices.
However:
AOY does not provide medical advice, diagnose, or treat medical conditions.
Information shared during sermons, health nuggets, Bible studies, or digital content is for educational and spiritual purposes only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
AOY services—including livestreams, digital communications, and website access—are provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Army of Youth Ministries is not liable for:

Losses resulting from website or livestream interruptions
Issues arising from use of messaging platforms or digital services
12. Volunteers & Service Roles
AOY is a volunteer-driven ministry. By participating as a volunteer:
You agree to serve in a manner consistent with Christian conduct
You acknowledge that volunteering is at-will and may be concluded by either party
AOY is not liable for injury or loss incurred during voluntary service except as required by law
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Army of Youth Ministries, its leaders, volunteers, and service providers from claims or damages arising from misuse of AOY platforms or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination of Access
Army of Youth Ministries reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to messaging services, livestream chat, online groups, or ministry platforms if these Terms are violated or if conduct becomes disruptive or harmful to the church community.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nez Perce County, Idaho, USA.
Any disputes shall be handled through the appropriate courts in this jurisdiction.
16. Modifications to Ministry Services
Army of Youth Ministries may modify, suspend, or discontinue digital services, messaging programs, livestream capabilities, or website functions at any time.
